What the ledger can already say.
One edition when it seals. No list, no drip. The findings come out of the archive: which claims are still standing, which eroded, and how many days it took the first challenge to arrive.
No third party has ever reproduced another team’s headline quantum result from its published artifacts.
EL3 means independent reproduction: a team that was not an author re-runs the experiment and obtains the same headline result. Refuting a claim, verifying an output, or competing against it with a classical method are different acts — all three have happened. Reproduction has not.
Checked against the Quantum Advantage Tracker on 10 Sep 2026: 47 entries across its three registries, no instance with two quantum arms from disjoint groups.
